The thing is, if you want to hop into the new year, you've gotta make a jump early. Now is the right time to start thinking about 2022!
One of the things that I've always tried to do, at least as an adult, is to summarize the past year and come up with plans for the subsequent one. While the format and approach has varied, I find it helpful to get motivated and focused on what I want to get done.
The past two years, I've done this in Notion. As I've evolved it, I wanted to share the approach more broadly. I may be biased, but I think it's a great way to start the new year off right!
So with that said, this post is announcing the HOP New Year Planner, a template available for you to easily incorporate into your own Notion setup!
The general approach here is to do a separate review for each area of your life. This could be anywhere from 5-15 different areas, depending on how you split it up. For the template, I standardized on ten main areas:

The New Year Planner home page has each area of life (you can customize these to fit your interests) and you can reflect on the previous year and brainstorm steps for the next.
